    #INBOUND19 Might Be Over but the Updates Don’t Stop There

    #INBOUND19Another surreal experience at INBOUND 2019, where professionals come together to inspire, collaborate, and stay ahead of learning the innovative world of digital marketing. This was my fourth year to attend and it’s amazing to see the growth. Since my first year in 2015, the attendees have doubled with 26,000 this year. This is proof that by helping people and providing value to help them grow helps you grow. 

    Between the hustle of incredible breakout sessions, inspiring spotlight speakers and networking with others to share creative ideas it was quite the week. As a Gold Partner Agency of the platform, I’m excited to talk about some of the product feature updates.

    Deduplication – Let HubSpot do the work, with the use of machine learning the HubSpot feature “manage duplicates” will merge contact and company information for you.

    Social Post Boosting – When ads are set up to their fullest potential, your ROI can be rewarding. Facebook social post boosting is now in beta in the HubSpot social tool. Put dollars into a high performing post and wait for the results to come in! Click here for your request to start using the tool. 

    Organized Workflows- Within workflows, there is now an option to create folders to segment and help stay organized. 

    HubSpot App Marketplace – Now there are over 300 available apps, the Marketplace has more than doubled its integration count in the last year. With listing pages prioritizing the details businesses need when in the consideration stage of deciding on an integration. 

    Chatbots – The user experience just got a whole heck of a lot better! Not only can you use chatbots to streamline a conversation or fill in for your employees are offline, now you can use if/then branches to route visitors based on team availability.

    Keep Your Contact Database Clean - A recent update you can find located under the "More tools" option in the email dashboard in your portal, the option to "Create and clean a list of hard bounces". From there you can choose to either create a new static list of your hard bounced contacts or add these contacts to an existing list. The contacts can now be deleted directly from here.

    Simple but the time I’ve spent in the past exporting and then reloading bounces or unsubscribes only to delete them, this has to be one of my favorite updates, Momma just got some time back into her day!

    Business Card Scanner on Mobile - You’ve just gathered several business cards from trade show or an event, what’s your next move? Spend a few hours manually inputting them into your database, go through the trouble of hiring someone to do it for you, or purchase an expensive app to scan the cards. HubSpot’s business card scanner for Android and for the first time, iOS, will never let those business cards go to waste again. Turn them into digital contacts and start lead nurturing.

    There are many other great features along with native lead ad creation, the redesigned contact record, attribution reporting and others that will be hitting your portals soon. Be mindful that not all of these features are available to all marketing levels and some are still in beta. Some things to look forward to that will change the way you do business, buy-now button, E-signature capabilities, and landing page drag and drop features. Stay on the lookout for the release of these updates!
